What I Offer
PRENATAL VISITS
I offer two prenatal visits at 35 and 37 weeks. We get to know each other better, go over details of your birthing plan, and I can work to alleviate some of your pain or discomfort with exercises, massages, or a rebozo.
LABOR SUPPORT
I am on call for you at 38 weeks. I will be there for your labor, delivery, and first couple hours postpartum to help with anything you might need. During your labor we will do different things to relieve pains during contractions, and do what we can to keep your labor moving! If you've decided on an epidural, there are quite a few tricks to keep your labor moving along!
POSTPARTUM VISITS
I offer two postpartum visits. These can be at your own convenience. Typically they are done at 1 week and then at 2 weeks. These are so I can see how you're doing and give support and guidance however you might need it.
