My name is Olivia Tackett and I started Lowcountry Doula so that I can support anyone before, during, and after giving birth. Doula support can make a huge difference to your labor story. I offer prenatal visits, labor support, and postpartum visits.

Having a baby can be extremely exciting yet incredibly daunting! Having an educated doula with you can relieve stress, pain, and even fear. The less you fear, the more you can focus on the unimaginable things your body is capable of doing! (Picture is of a wonderful home birth I attended earlier this year)
EVERY BIRTH IS A "NATURAL" BIRTH
I discourage the word "natural" when discussing an unmedicated birth. ALL birth is natural. However your baby is conceived, grown and birthed is a natural phenomenon! So, if you are having a Cesarean, an epidural, a water birth, or anything in-between,  I would love to support you through it!
